Instead of taking a temporary quick-fix approach (e.g. correcting poor posture, out-of-alignment joints, tight muscles), we look at how we can work with the robustness of your body to achieve your desired goals.

It is difficult to get sustainable long-term results without having a good understanding of how your body works.

Clinical guidelines around the world all agreed that education and exercise are top of the line treatments when it comes to pain management.

World Health Organisation recommends 150 minutes of moderate intensity aerobic exercises PLUS two days of strength training exercises per week. It is arguably unreasonable to expect good physical health (i.e., complete state of physical well-being) or no pain without first being physically active.

1. 6- Week Functional Training for Chronic Pain
– 12 supervised exercise sessions with our chiropractor, 2x/week
– $2,040

2. Solution-Focused Pain Coaching Programme
– 12 coaching sessions with our chiropractor (includes exercise* and lifestyle advice, education, solution-focused coaching), 1x/week
– $2,700

3. Adhoc Consultation
– Virtual Short Consultation (10-15 minutes): $45
– Standard Consultation (20-30 minutes): $150

4. Self-directed Mentorship Programme*
– 1 online consultation with chiropractor or recovery trainer
– 1 exercise programme (4 weeks, includes two revisions if required)
– Weekly follow-ups via WhatsApp or email
– $500 per month (chiropractor), $350 per month (recovery trainer)

*Clients must be proficient with exercise, weightlifting, and have access to free weights (i.e., dumbbell, barbell, kettlebells) and resistance bands. If not, options 1 and 3 are recommended.
^All sessions must be completed within the recommended period. Extensions can be granted on a case-by-case basis. Further extensions may incur an additional fee.
