Our very own foundation training to help pomplanktons (i.e., newbies) get started with your journey into CrossFit. You will get to learn ALL nine fundamental movements of CrossFit. We guarantee that your technique will be solid* after attending these classes.

16-WEEK WEIGHT LOSS CHALLENGE
