How does 'Longevity Training' differ from a standard gym workout?
Standard gyms often focus on aesthetics or high-intensity burnout. We focus on ‘Future-Proofing.’ This means we prioritise bone density, lean muscle retention (to prevent sarcopenia), and joint health through evidence-based, progressive loading that evolves with your body’s needs.
Can I train here if I have existing joint pain or stiffness?
Yes. In fact, that is our clinical specialty. Because our trainers understand biomechanics and tissue remodelling, we don’t just ‘work around’ your pain—we use targeted strength training to improve joint support and mobility, helping you move without hesitation.
How many sessions a week are needed for real results?
Consistency beats intensity. For most of our clients, two to three bespoke sessions per week are the ‘sweet spot’ for maintaining muscle mass, improving cardiovascular health, and seeing significant gains in functional strength.
Is it too late to start strength training if I'm over 50?
